Weekly games

Built for the golf group that plays every week.

Grey Tabby Golf is the home for a recurring informal group: the roster, the signup, handicaps, flights, pairings, scoring, published results, and the history that outlasts one round.

The week, in the order you actually run it.

  1. A roster that carries forward

The same people play again next week. Handicaps, flights, and who is in stay with the group instead of being copied into a new sheet every Sunday night.

  2. Signup before you make the tee times

Players mark themselves in or out and can leave a request. You prepare pairings from the people who are actually playing, not from the last message in the thread.

  3. Flights and pairings

Players are placed in flights and groups, with tees and starting times, before anyone gets to the course.

  4. Scoring on the course

The group enters hole scores in a phone browser. There is no app to install, and you are not typing the card in from a photo after the round.

  5. Results the group can keep

You review the round, then publish it. Skins, stroke play, and closest to the pin are part of that published record.

  6. History after the round

Monthly money standings and statistics remain. Last week and last month are still there when the group wants them.
